What Happens When You Call

You talk with someone who knows drywall. We start with a few plain questions: which room you are looking at, about how large the damaged spot is, and what you think led to it, from a doorknob hole to a cracked seam or a stained ceiling. If water was involved, we will check that the leak has been fixed, since patching over a damp spot only brings the stain back.

From there we set up a time to see the work in person and give you your quote by phone or on the visit, with the line items explained. If you would like a job done before winter heating dries out the house, or before guests arrive for the holidays, mention it and we will plan the schedule around that. We serve Carteret along with Woodbridge, Rahway, Linden and nearby towns.

Helpful to Know Before You Call

1. An estimate of how big each damaged spot is, even a rough guess in inches or feet.
2. Whether the surface is textured, smooth or painted in a finish you would like matched.
3. What you think caused it, like an old leak, a settling crack or a fixture that was moved.
4. Some days and times when we could stop by your home.
